Sandra Rowland joined the ULRI Board of Trustees in 2026. She brings extensive financial, operational, and strategic leadership experience to the Board.

Ms. Rowland most recently served as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Xylem Inc., a leading global water technology company. Previously, she served as executive vice president and chief financial officer of Harman International Industries. Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at Eastman Kodak Company in progressively senior corporate finance leadership roles after beginning her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Ms. Rowland currently serves on the boards of directors of Amentum Holdings, Inc. and Oshkosh Corporation, both publicly traded companies, as well as the private board of Fortifi Food Processing Solutions, Inc. She is also a member of the University of Rochester Simon School of Business National Council.

Ms. Rowland earned an MBA from the University of Rochester’s Simon School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Lafayette College.
