Ronaldo Borger

Ronaldo Borger is senior vice president and chief human resources officer at UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement. A human resources executive with extensive international experience, Borger is a trusted advisor to the executive leadership team and leads the development of people strategies to support the organization’s mission and growth.

Before joining UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement, Borger led human resources functions at professional services organizations including Kearney, Seyfarth, and Faegre Baker Daniels. Most recently, he served as the chief human resources officer at Symbria, an employee-owned healthcare provider for the senior living industry.

Borger earned a B.B.A. from the University of São Paulo in Brazil and completed the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan. In addition to his certification as Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), he is certified as an executive coach by LHH and in organizational culture by Human Synergistics. Borger currently serves as a board member for the Career Transitions Center of Chicago.
