Kathleen Jacobs

Kathleen Jacobs joined the Board of Trustees in 2025. Ms. Jacobs brings tremendous financial and investment experience to the Board.
Ms. Jacbos currently serves as chief investment officer at RWJBarnabas Health, the largest and most comprehensive health care system in New Jersey, which treats over three million patients per year.
Previously, Ms. Jacobs served as the chief investment officer for New York University. She has worked in investment banking, including with JPMorgan Chase and Goldman Sachs. She served at The Juilliard School, as a senior investor for two years, and at New York-Presbyterian Hospital as a managing director of investments.
Ms. Jacobs serves on the boards of several philanthropic organizations. She is also a founding board member of the Institutional Investor Endowments & Foundations Institute, a forum for senior investment professionals to share insights on investment strategies, governance, and long-term capital management, as well as the Private Equity Women Investor Network.
Ms. Jacobs graduated from Bucknell University with a B.S. in business administration.
