ULRI Making Final Touches on Evanston Office Space

While the office vacancy rate in Evanston, Ill., has climbed slightly to nearly 13% since early this year, the executive director of nonprofit group Downtown Evanston says the arrival of UL Research Institutes and UL Standards & Engagement is “exciting.”
