
UL Research Institutes’ Electrochemical Safety Research Institute will participate in an online symposium titled, “Advances in Battery Research 2026,” on Feb. 25.
Judy Jeevarajan, Ph.D., vice president & executive director of the Electrochemical Safety research team will be the keynote speaker at the symposium and will talk on “Powering a Safer Future: Innovations in Battery Safety and Circularity” at 11:00 a.m. EST (10:00 a.m. CT). She will address critical advancements in safety, battery recycling, and sustainable end-of-life practices, shaping the future of high-performance energy storage solutions.
With more than 29 years of experience in battery safety research, Judy will share her expertise at this premier online symposium bringing together industry professionals, researchers, and innovators to explore the latest breakthroughs in battery technology.
