Join the Electrochemical Safety Research Institute (ESRI) on May 15 at the sixth joint International Air Transport Association-Universal Postal Union (IATA-UPU) webinar: Mail Transport Challenges.
The free IATA-UPU webinar will focus on overall readiness for, expectations of, and challenges posed by compliance with mail transport requirements under the European Union’s Import Control System 2, Release 2 (EU ICS2 R2), including lessons learned from the mail in transit and transhipment proof of concept. It will also focus on the complexities of safe transport and handling of lithium batteries in the postal supply chain, providing insight into the various ways to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
